How does a Custom Order Inquiry work?
Ordering via website: Choose your design from our website. Be sure to provide all necessary information or requests. Also, make sure to select the colors and patterns for EVERY product. Item details can NOT be changed or edited once purchased.
Placing an Inquiry for custom products: Visit our custom inquiries page, select the product(s) you are interested in, and we will reach out to discuss design details and pricing once the form is submitted. Once design details are finalized and payment is received, we will begin working on your order.
** Disclaimer: All products/Name brands, such as YETI, Hydroflask, Nike and other items, are subjected to change. All name brand items are purchased AFTER final payment has been received. Please keep in mind the price of the brand name product is INCLUDED in the final price.
How long will my order take?
All orders require at least 5-8 Business days. Items typically take 2-3 days to arrive after shipped out, depending on location. Orders containing 5+ Items are subjected to additional processing time. Special ordered items are also subjected to additional processing time. We do not begin an order without receiving FINAL PAYMENT - the sooner a payment can be made, the better.
Is there a RUSH fee?
Yes. Price determined by Item(s) All orders require at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Overnight/Rush shipping varies based on the product & location, full amount will be determined prior to payment (custom orders). Orders containing 5+ Items are subjected to additional processing & handling time.
How do I place an order for a Party or Event?
All of our larger orders typically begin with an inquiry, and a whole lot of inspiration. After ideas are discussed, we will put together a catalog for you to review which will include products, color options, pricing, and design details. Once everything is finalized and payment has been made, we will begin working on your order.
Large events and orders with 30+ items will require AT LEAST 3 weeks processing time.
